Full payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and selective Cash on Delivery (COD) options for domestic orders.
For international orders, only prepaid payment methods are accepted.

Dispatch timelines: 3–4 business days for ready-to-ship items; 7–10 business days for made-to-order items.
Domestic shipping is free within India.
International shipping charges vary based on destination and will be communicated before order confirmation.
Beyond Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

We offer exchanges for size-related issues only.
No returns or refunds are provided.
Items purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for exchanges.

While we make every effort to ensure product images are accurate, some images may be AI-enhanced and are approximately 90% true to life.

If needed, customers are encouraged to request real-time hanger or mannequin photos before purchasing.
