1. What is the delivery time?

We usually dispatch ready-to-ship orders within 3–4 business days and made-to-order pieces within 7–10 business days, based on business working days only.


2. Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Netbanking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pincodes.


3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request modifications within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us at beyondstitchess@gmail.com with your order details.


4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We currently offer exchanges only. If you wish to exchange a product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at beyondstitchess@gmail.com.


5. How do I care for my Beyond Stitches garments?
We recommend dry clean only for all our garments to maintain their quality and longevity.


6. What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, our team will personally reach out to you to discuss if it can be remade and provide an estimated delivery timeline.


7. Can I request a custom size?
Yes! We do offer custom sizing on select products. Please contact us via email to discuss your requirements.


8. How long does it take for customer support to respond?
Our customer care team will get back to you within 24–48 hours of receiving your query.


9. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching every order.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at beyondstitchess@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.
It is mandatory to share:
A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, and
Photos/videos clearly highlighting the defect or damage.
Please note, without the unboxing video and packaging proof, we will not be able to process any claims.


10. Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, we offer a special gift-wrapping option. Please mention it in the notes section at checkout or email us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
