Return & Exchange Policy
At Beyond Stitches, each piece is crafted with care and precision. We are committed to ensuring you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with us. Please take a moment to read through our policy:
Exchanges
Eligibility: We offer exchanges for size-related issues. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.
Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please email us at beyondstitchess@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and reason for exchange.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping cost for sending the item back to us. We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Alterations:
Alterations are available at an additional cost of ₹200 for shirts and ₹500 for dresses and co-ord sets.
Please mention your alteration request clearly while contacting us.
Timeline: Returned products must reach us within 7 days of exchange approval.
Size Unavailability: If your requested size is unavailable, we will remake the piece for you, which may take up to 7 additional working days.
Returns
We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
In cases where a return is exceptionally approved (for example, damaged products with proper proof), store credit will be issued.
No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or using discount codes are not eligible for exchanges, alterations, or returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at beyondstitchess@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery.
It is mandatory to provide:
A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, and
Photos/videos highlighting the defect.
Without the required video and photo proof, we will not be able to process any claim.
If the same item is unavailable for replacement, store credit will be issued.
Important Notes
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
AI-generated imagery: Some of our product photographs use AI-enhanced imagery and are 90% accurate to real garments. If you need a real-time picture on a hanger or mannequin, feel free to email us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original invoice.
Custom orders and made-to-measure products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
