Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Dispatch timelines are based on business working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders across India.
We partner with trusted courier services like Ecom Express and other reputed logistics partners.Estimated delivery timeline is 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on location.
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select products.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and shipping zone.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary based on customs clearance and courier timelines.


Important Notes for International Orders:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International shipments may attract customs duties, import taxes, and other fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be borne by the customer. Beyond Stitches has no control over these charges, which are determined by local customs authorities.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email.
You can track the status of your shipment anytime through the provided link.

Delivery Issues
If your order shows as "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please inform us within 24 hours so we can raise a complaint with the courier service.
Beyond Stitches is not responsible for courier delays or lost packages caused by external factors, but we are always available to assist and support you.
